Regarding your request
Regarding requests for commissioned art on shikishi (decorative paper boards):
We occasionally accept commissions for "Shikishi Art" (decorative paper board art) for a limited time and in limited quantities. Commissions are accepted from both individuals and corporations.
I primarily create my works using ink wash painting and watercolors.
The start of registration and further details will be announced on Instagram, X, and LINE Official.
Furthermore, we may be able to accept orders under similar conditions even outside of the application period, so please feel free to contact us.
■Size: Standard size shikishi (272 x 242 mm)
■Theme of the artwork: Fictional animals, wild animals, pets, etc. Due to the size of the shikishi (decorative paper board), only one animal or similar creature is generally allowed.
Depending on the content, such as anthropomorphizing real animals, if the theme does not suit my art style, please let me know whether or not I can accept the request.

A: Pigments, Japanese painting colors: from 75,000 yen
B: Marker coloring 55,000 yen and up

■ How to request
1. Please contact us via Instagram message or the email form on the Tamayura-an official website with the following information.
2. We will contact you back shortly.
Once we have discussed and finalized the details of your request, please let us know your delivery address if you require delivery.
3. We will calculate the shipping cost, inform you of the total amount, and send you a link for online payment. Your order will be confirmed after payment is received.
Please note that if our consultation takes several days, or if another client confirms their request before we can finalize it, your request will be placed at the bottom of the queue.
4. Please allow approximately one month for the artwork to be completed. Please understand that due to the nature of art production, there may be delays beyond the scheduled time. (We will inform you of the approximate completion date when you place your order.)
5. Before the final production begins, we will send you a rough sketch so you can check the composition and other details of the artwork.
6. Once the artwork is complete, we will send you an image for your review. (Please note that revisions are generally not permitted.)
7. We will ship your order from here. If you prefer to pick it up at the store, please let us know your planned visit date.
Printed materials, promotional materials, and graphic design
In recent years, AI-generated design has become increasingly common, but we often hear complaints such as, "No matter how many times I try, it doesn't turn out the way I imagined," "It looks uniform," and "I want to differentiate it from others." These kinds of results are frequently seen when AI is used without any design expertise.
In fact, what's important to our clients is "what results they want to achieve through the design and public relations," and it's often better to leave the decision of "what kind of design would be best" to the professionals. At Tamayura-an, we conduct thorough consultations via Zoom and other platforms, and based on our 30 years of design experience, we aim to provide designs that anticipate the latent and true needs of our clients.
Illustration and art production
I create illustrations using washi paper collage and digital tools, for use in calendars, posters, and books . My illustrations are unique, in a traditional Japanese style.

Flow from order to delivery
1. Consult via email or phone. Please contact us first via email or Facebook Messenger. When you contact us, please be as specific as possible about the type of illustration you need.
2. We will contact you back via email or phone and ask for further details if necessary.
Based on that information, we will contact you with a quote and delivery date.
3. Placing an Order: If you are satisfied with the quotation and delivery date, please place your order.
If a meeting is necessary, we will primarily conduct it online via Zoom or similar platforms, or I will visit you at the Tamayura-an store in Fujisawa. In some cases, I can also visit you for a meeting.
4. Submission of rough drafts: Generally, we will proceed with the final production after you have reviewed the rough drafts.
