As it is difficult to display all regions in our system, the number of countries in the destination list has been limited.Even if your country does not appear in the destination list, we may still be able to ship to you.Please contact us via the inquiry form before placing your order.

3. In-store pickup

If you wish to pick up your order at the Tamayura-an store, shipping is free.

If you wish to pick up your order at the store, please select "Store Pickup - Free Shipping".

Tamayura-an is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00. For visits on other days, please make a reservation at least three days in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all reservation requests, so please contact us first via the Tamayura-an email form.

Except for pre-order and made-to-order items, if the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days (weekends are not included in the shipping schedule). In the rare case of an unexpected stock shortage or other issue causing a delay, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
