Tamayura-an is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00. For visits on other days, please make a reservation at least three days in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all reservation requests, so please contact us first via the Tamayura-an email form.
Except for pre-order and made-to-order items, if the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days (weekends are not included in the shipping schedule). In the rare case of an unexpected stock shortage or other issue causing a delay, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
